We started EV Share with a simple belief: the biggest barrier to EV adoption isn't the cars — it's the charging infrastructure. So we built a model that removes every obstacle, for property owners and drivers alike.
In 2019, our founders were watching EV adoption accelerate — but charging infrastructure wasn't keeping pace. The bottleneck wasn't technology. It was economics. Property owners wanted chargers but couldn't justify the capital expense. Charging networks wanted locations but couldn't scale fast enough.
The solution was a revenue-share model that aligned everyone's incentives. EV Share funds, installs, and operates the infrastructure. Property owners provide the real estate and earn passive income. Drivers get fast, reliable charging at the places they already visit.
Five years later, we operate 500+ DC fast-charging stations across 120+ locations in 18 states — and we're just getting started.
Our mission is to make DC fast charging as ubiquitous as a gas station — embedded in the fabric of everyday life, not tucked away in inconvenient locations. We believe the electric transition succeeds when charging is effortless.
Every station we deploy displaces thousands of gallons of gasoline annually. Every property partner we sign expands the network. Every driver we serve builds the habit. That's how infrastructure change happens — one location at a time.
We think like infrastructure builders, not tech startups. Reliability, uptime, and long-term durability matter more than flashy features.
Our model only works when our partners win. We design every agreement so that EV Share succeeds only when property owners and drivers succeed.
We own the equipment, the maintenance, the uptime, and the customer experience. No passing the buck. If something breaks, it's our problem to fix.
We sign 7–10 year agreements because we're building infrastructure, not running a promotion. Our partners deserve a partner who's in it for the long haul.
The climate math is clear. Every year of delay matters. We move fast, deploy aggressively, and measure our impact in tons of CO₂ avoided.
We install fast, but we never cut corners on safety, permitting, or quality. Speed and integrity aren't opposites — we prove that every day.
Our team brings together veterans from energy infrastructure, commercial real estate, EV technology, and operations. We've built power grids, managed commercial portfolios, and shipped hardware at scale.
What unites us is a genuine belief that the electric transition is the defining infrastructure challenge of our generation — and that we have a real shot at solving a meaningful piece of it.
Every station we deploy creates a ripple effect — for the environment, for local economies, and for the communities we serve.
